I use quickbooks self employed, at first it was ok but I had a login problem, customer service had a list of trouble shootings things to do I had to keep telling them the problem is internal and I had been locked out of my account, it took intuit a week to fix this problem, I have been having a problem since the end of july, I cannot upload or view the receipts I have previously uploaded, quickbooks is doing nothing to fix this problem, I have four case numbers for the same problem, if you are a small business just starting out please do not use the quickbooks software, I only use it to integrate the information at tax time, but this type of service is unacceptable, I talked with businesses who use their software for tax purposes and they state that they have errors sometimes but the problem is usually fixed in a timely manner, my opinion and this is just my opinion is that quickbooks discriminates against small, veteran, or minority businesses, the larger more established dont seem to have problems to these kind of extents.
